Blood Loris

In early August of 2025 I got to hang out with Taylor from Blood Root while she was playing guitar for a touring band. While chatting about various things she proposed the idea of working on a limited pedal together to put out in conjunction with the release of her new album, Turn. Without even really thinking about it I just said yes. Thus, Blood Loris was born.

The Blood Loris is a extension of the Slow Loris, adding new features that are extremely interactive and open up a wide variety of sounds and inspiration. The most important change is the big knob: Voltage. Raising or lowering the voltage will speed the pedal up, slow it down, make it cleaner and snappier sounding or make it shakier and more sluggish. It is the keystone to the sound and behavior of this pedal.
